３月に騒乱事件が起きたチベットに関しては、報告は「愛国主義教育」として、チベット仏教の最高指導者ダライ・ラマ１４世を非難する文書への署名が、僧侶らに要求されたとしている。また、昨年３月には、チベット系住民の比率が高い青海省で、ダライ・ラマの写真を踏みつけるよう高僧に迫る「踏み絵」が行われたことも報告に盛り込まれた。

同レポートには日本も含まれています。オウムとか統一協会のこととかちょこっと書いてあります。2007年については、統一協会絡みの訴えが22件あり、20件が認められたとか。日本にいるムスリムは12万人程度だそうです。
中国の長大なレポートに比べると日本は非常に短いのも分かります。（というか、中国長すぎ）
