The messsage of it is there are may "Eyes on Tibet" of people who don't have deep interest but think of people in Tibet, what's happening to them.
I think Activists are important but visualizing a bunch of weak interests is also impotant, expressing it just as is is very important.

I regret fading the memory of the June 4th incident. If we could have kept the memory of June 4th incident, Beijing might not have used violence to Tibetan people. So this time, I try to keep.

I therefore appeal to the Chinese leadership to stop using force and address the long-simmering resentment of the Tibetan people through dialogue with the Tibetan people. I also urge my fellow Tibetans not to resort to violence.
