第三帝国創設期に皇帝から開拓を任された、という設定。ボードはタイルを並べる形式でプレイ毎に異なる。
カードドリブンシステムを採用。通信速度の制約も入っていると書いてあり、プレイ前にカードを半分割り振っておくみたいなことが書いてある（詳細はよく分からない）。
